Rozvoj a\u202fposil\u0148ovanie udr\u017eate\u013enej, inteligentnej a intermod\u00e1lnej vn\u00fatro\u0161t\u00e1tnej, region\u00e1lnej a miestnej mobility odolnej proti zmene kl\u00edmy, vr\u00e1tane zlep\u0161en\u00e9ho pr\u00edstupu k\u202fTEN-T a cezhrani\u010dnej mobility, aktivita: zlep\u0161enie kvality cestnej infra\u0161trukt\u00fary cezhrani\u010dn\u00e9ho charakteru pri zoh\u013eadnen\u00ed aspektov udr\u017eate\u013enej dopravy).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Projekty FMP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>FMP: Turistika a kult\u00fara (priorita 3. Spolupr\u00e1ca medzi in\u0161tit\u00faciami a obyvate\u013emi pohrani\u010dia; \u0161pecifick\u00fd cie\u013e 2.: budovanie vz\u00e1jomnej d\u00f4very, najm\u00e4 propag\u00e1ciou akci\u00ed typu cestnou infra\u0161trukt\u00farou cezhrani\u010dn\u00e9ho charakteru<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00edspevok pre projekt:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>minim\u00e1lne 500 000 EUR, maxim\u00e1lne 4 000 000 EUR,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>obdobie realiz\u00e1cie projektu: maxim\u00e1lne 24 mesiacov.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Po\u017eadovan\u00e9 dokumenty&nbsp;tykaj\u00face sa cestnej infra\u0161truktry a lehota na ich predlo\u017eenie:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>technick\u00e1 dokument\u00e1cia (v \u0161t\u00e1diu pod\u00e1vania \u017eiadost\u00ed o pr\u00edspevok alebo pred podpisom zmluvy o poskytnut\u00ed pr\u00edspevku pre projekt).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cestn\u00fa infra\u0161trukt\u00faru cezhrani\u010dn\u00e9ho charakteru tvoria cesty spolu s\u202fcestn\u00fdmi in\u017einierskymi objektmi:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>nach\u00e1dzaj\u00face sa vo vzdialenosti do 30 km od \u0161t\u00e1tnej hranice a\u202fved\u00face priamo k\u202f\u0161t\u00e1tnej hranici,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nach\u00e1dzaj\u00face sa vo vzdialenosti do 30 km od \u0161t\u00e1tnej hranice a\u202fsp\u00e1jaj\u00face sa s\u202fcestami ved\u00facimi priamo k\u202f\u0161t\u00e1tnej hranici.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Finan\u010dn\u00fd pr\u00edspevok sa m\u00f4\u017ee poskytn\u00fa\u0165 na \u00faseky ciest\/cestn\u00e9 in\u017einierske objekty, z\u202fregion\u00e1lnych a\/alebo miestnych rozvojov\u00fdch strat\u00e9gi\u00e1ch a\u202fpl\u00e1noch moderniz\u00e1cie ciest,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>maj\u00fa vypracovan\u00fa anal\u00fdzu potrieb, bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 a plynulos\u0165 dopravy a m\u00f4\u017eu prispie\u0165 k zlep\u0161eniu stavu \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 v\u202fcestnej prem\u00e1vke,\u202fzvodidiel a protihlukov\u00fdch stien,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>priechodov a priepustov pre zvierat\u00e1,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>p\u00e1sov zelene.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekty cestnej infra\u0161trukt\u00fary by sa mali nepriamo podie\u013ea\u0165 na realiz\u00e1cii cie\u013eov Eur\u00f3pskej zelenej dohody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 opatrenia by mali by\u0165 v s\u00falade s n\u00e1rodn\u00fdmi programami zni\u017eovania zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia a programami ochrany ovzdu\u0161ia (ak s\u00fa pre dan\u00fa oblas\u0165 vypracovan\u00e9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pri v\u00fdbere projektov, ktor\u00e9 z\u00edskaj\u00fa finan\u010dn\u00fd pr\u00edspevok, budeme uprednost\u0148ova\u0165 aktivity zlep\u0161uj\u00face kvalitu cestnej infra\u0161trukt\u00fary v\u202fmimomestsk\u00fdch oblastiach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neopr\u00e1vnen\u00e9 aktivity:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul prostrediu,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>moderniz\u00e1cia prvkov jazdn\u00e9ho p\u00e1su (napr. chodn\u00edka) bez s\u00fa\u010dasnej moderniz\u00e1cie cesty,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>infra\u0161trukt\u00fara,
