{"id":43581,"date":"2026-04-27T08:16:00","date_gmt":"2026-04-27T06:16:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/plsk.eu\/?p=43581"},"modified":"2026-04-27T11:51:34","modified_gmt":"2026-04-27T09:51:34","slug":"rozhovor-lysa-polana-spaja-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/plsk.eu\/sk\/rozhovor-lysa-polana-spaja-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Rozhovor: Lys\u00e1 Po\u013eana sp\u00e1ja"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Pokra\u010dujeme v s\u00e9rii rozhovorov, ktor\u00e9 ukazuj\u00fa, ako sa po\u013esko-slovensk\u00e9 pohrani\u010die st\u00e1va bezpe\u010dnej\u0161\u00edm, odolnej\u0161\u00edm vo\u010di pr\u00edrodn\u00fdm katastrof\u00e1m a lep\u0161ie prisp\u00f4soben\u00fdm klimatick\u00fdm zmen\u00e1m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V roku 2026 predstav\u00edme v\u00fdsledky nieko\u013ek\u00fdch cezhrani\u010dn\u00fdch projektov, ktor\u00e9 boli realizovan\u00e9 v\u010faka podpore z eur\u00f3pskych fondov v r\u00e1mci programu Interreg Po\u013esko \u2013 Slovensko 2021 \u2013 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z rozhovorov sa dozviete okrem in\u00e9ho, ak\u00fd vplyv maj\u00fa spolo\u010dn\u00e9 po\u013esko-slovensk\u00e9 iniciat\u00edvy realizovan\u00e9 cez hranice na ka\u017edodenn\u00fd \u017eivot obyvate\u013eov a turistov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rozpr\u00e1vame sa nielen s partnermi projektov, ale aj s ich kone\u010dn\u00fdmi pr\u00edjemcami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rozhovory realizujeme pod heslom: Bezpe\u010dnej\u0161ie po\u013esko-slovensk\u00e9 pohrani\u010die pre v\u0161etk\u00fdch!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aktu\u00e1lne rozhovory viedli Jana Repe\u013eov\u00e1 a Lucia Ma\u010dupov\u00e1 z Region\u00e1lneho kontaktn\u00e9ho body programu v Pre\u0161ovskom samospr\u00e1vnom kraji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V prvej \u010dasti rozhovoru sa z\u00fa\u010dastnili z\u00e1stupkyne partnera projektu, v druhej \u010dasti sa rozhovor uskuto\u010dnil s obyvate\u013emi pohrani\u010dia, ktor\u00ed vyu\u017eili v\u00fdsledky projektu. Na z\u00e1ver bol po\u017eiadan\u00fd aj starosta obce Tatransk\u00e1 Javorina o nieko\u013eko slov t\u00fdkaj\u00facich sa vplyvu projektu na miestnu komunitu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prv\u00e1 \u010das\u0165<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mohli by ste sa kr\u00e1tko predstavi\u0165 a op\u00edsa\u0165 svoju \u00falohu pri cezhrani\u010dnom projekte &#8222;Lys\u00e1 Po\u013eana sp\u00e1ja&#8220;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V tomto projekte sme boli zapojen\u00ed ako partner. Tento projekt bol na\u0161\u00edm prv\u00fdm schv\u00e1len\u00fdm cestn\u00fdm projektom v r\u00e1mci Programu Interreg Po\u013esko \u2013 Slovensko 2021 \u2013 2027. A hoci nie sme v poz\u00edcii ved\u00faceho partnera, museli sme sa popasova\u0165 s nov\u00fdm syst\u00e9mom a podmienkami programu. V\u00fdhodou bolo, \u017ee s kolegami cest\u00e1rmi z Krakova sme u\u017e v minulosti spolupracovali, tak\u017ee sme sa nov\u00fdmi v\u00fdzvami v projekte popasovali dobre a nevznikli \u017eiadne v\u00e1\u017ene probl\u00e9my.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ako vznikol n\u00e1pad na projekt s moderniz\u00e1ciou cesty III\/3078 na \u00faseku Podsp\u00e1dy \u2013 Lys\u00e1 Po\u013eana? Kto inicioval cezhrani\u010dn\u00fa spolupr\u00e1cu?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e1pad rie\u0161i\u0165 pr\u00e1ve \u00fasek Podsp\u00e1dy \u2013 Lys\u00e1 Po\u013eana vyplynul prirodzene, z na\u0161ej spolupr\u00e1ce s po\u013esk\u00fdm partnerom. N\u00e1\u0161 dlhoro\u010dn\u00fd partner &#8211; Wojew\u00f3dztwo Ma\u0142opolskie &#8211; Zarz\u0105d Dr\u00f3g Wojew\u00f3dzkich w Krakowie n\u00e1s oslovil s n\u00e1vrhom, \u010di by sme nemali z\u00e1ujem rie\u0161i\u0165 v tatranskom pohrani\u010dnom \u00faseku nejak\u00fd projekt. Vo\u013eba padla hne\u010f na spom\u00ednan\u00fd prihrani\u010dn\u00fd \u00fasek Podsp\u00e1dy \u2013 Lys\u00e1 Po\u013eana. Vtedaj\u0161ia situ\u00e1cia na danom \u00faseku si vy\u017eadovala invest\u00edciu. Preto sme s rados\u0165ou prijali n\u00e1vrh na partnerstvo a realiz\u00e1ciu spolo\u010dn\u00e9ho projektu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pre\u010do ste sa rozhodli zapoji\u0165 pr\u00e1ve do Programu Interreg Po\u013esko\u2013Slovensko 2021\u20132027?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekty Programu Interreg Po\u013esko \u2013 Slovensko na\u0161a organiz\u00e1cia realizuje u\u017e v r\u00e1mci \u0161tvrt\u00e9ho programov\u00e9ho obdobia. Doteraz sa n\u00e1m v slovenskom pohrani\u010d\u00ed cez realiz\u00e1ciu projektov Programu Interreg Po\u013esko \u2013 Slovensko podarilo preinvestova\u0165 cca 45 mil. \u20ac, zmodernizova\u0165 okolo 160 km ciest, zastabilizova\u0165 zosuvy, zrekon\u0161truova\u0165 mosty, a tie\u017e dovybavi\u0165 sa kvalitnou diagnostickou technikou. Ako pridan\u00fa hodnotu t\u00fdchto projektov vn\u00edmame vznik nov\u00fdch partnerstiev, v\u00fdmenu pracovn\u00fdch sk\u00fasenost\u00ed, zozn\u00e1menie sa s nov\u00fdmi \u013eu\u010fmi. Na z\u00e1klade nov\u00fdch poznatkov, ktor\u00e9 n\u00e1m partnerstv\u00e1 v projektoch prin\u00e1\u0161aj\u00fa, dop\u013a\u0148ame a rozv\u00edjame na\u0161e vedomosti a zru\u010dnosti. Tieto sk\u00fasenosti prispievaj\u00fa k rozvoju na\u0161ich pracovn\u00fdch postupov a tie\u017e soci\u00e1lnych a komunika\u010dn\u00fdch zru\u010dnost\u00ed. V\u00fdsledkom opakovanej spolupr\u00e1ce v r\u00e1mci projektov s\u00fa aj dlhoro\u010dn\u00e9 priate\u013estv\u00e1. A to v\u0161etko bez Interregu by nebolo mo\u017en\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pre\u010do je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 rie\u0161i\u0165 moderniz\u00e1ciu cestnej infra\u0161trukt\u00fary na oboch stran\u00e1ch hranice spolo\u010dne?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Finan\u010dn\u00e1 situ\u00e1cia u n\u00e1s (na Slovensku), a tie\u017e v Po\u013esku nie je \u00faplne ide\u00e1lna. Prostriedky na moderniz\u00e1cie a rekon\u0161trukcie ciest sa h\u013eadaj\u00fa \u010doraz n\u00e1ro\u010dnej\u0161ie. Pr\u00e1ve preto je Program Interreg Po\u013esko \u2013 Slovensko pre n\u00e1s a aj na\u0161ich partnerov ide\u00e1lnym n\u00e1strojom na rie\u0161enie moderniz\u00e1ci\u00ed cestn\u00fdch komunik\u00e1ci\u00ed v pohrani\u010d\u00ed. Pr\u00edkladom je moderniz\u00e1cia cesty na \u00faseku Podsp\u00e1dy \u2013 Lys\u00e1 Po\u013eana, ktor\u00e1 vedie na hrani\u010dn\u00fd priechod. Skvalitnenie infra\u0161trukt\u00fary pozit\u00edvne vn\u00edmaj\u00fa nie len obyvatelia v prihrani\u010dnom \u00fazem\u00ed, ale aj turisti, ktor\u00fdch je v tomto regi\u00f3ne ve\u013ea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ak\u00e9 rozdiely v postupoch alebo technick\u00fdch norm\u00e1ch ste vn\u00edmali medzi partnermi? Ako ste ich rie\u0161ili?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd z partnerov mus\u00ed rie\u0161i\u0165 technick\u00e9 postupy a povo\u013eovacie procesy v s\u00falade s pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdmi n\u00e1rodn\u00fdmi legislat\u00edvami. Legislat\u00edva je na oboch stran\u00e1ch hranice podobn\u00e1, a preto nevznikli v\u00fdraznej\u0161ie probl\u00e9my pri rie\u0161en\u00ed t\u00fdchto procesov. Na slovenskej strane sme po\u010das pr\u00edpravy projektu rie\u0161ili z\u00e1menu ciest so Slovenskou spr\u00e1vou ciest, \u010do n\u00e1m sp\u00f4sobilo men\u0161ie komplik\u00e1cie, ale s t\u00fdmto probl\u00e9mom sme sa vedeli v\u010das vysporiada\u0165, tak\u017ee v\u0161etko dobre dopadlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ktor\u00e1 f\u00e1za projektu bola najn\u00e1ro\u010dnej\u0161ia a pre\u010do?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V tomto projekte sme sa nestretli s v\u00fdraznej\u0161\u00edmi probl\u00e9mami. Ako som uviedol, tento projekt bol schv\u00e1len\u00fd v prvej v\u00fdzve. Bol na\u0161\u00edm prv\u00fdm schv\u00e1len\u00fdm projektom, tak\u017ee sme sa dlh\u0161ie nastavovali na nov\u00e9 podmienky programu. V spolupr\u00e1ci s partnerom sme t\u00fato n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fa f\u00e1zu zvl\u00e1dli ve\u013emi dobre, ve\u013ea \u010dasu n\u00e1m zabralo \u0161t\u00fadium programovej dokument\u00e1cie, vypracovanie syst\u00e9mu implement\u00e1cie a konzult\u00e1cie so Spolo\u010dn\u00fdm sekretari\u00e1tom resp. N\u00e1rodn\u00fdm org\u00e1nom, ale nakoniec sme \u00faspe\u0161ne zvl\u00e1dli v\u0161etky f\u00e1zy implement\u00e1cie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ktor\u00e9 z\u00e1sahy pova\u017eujete za najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie z poh\u013eadu bezpe\u010dnosti cestnej prem\u00e1vky?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00f4le\u017eitou \u00falohou bolo zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 na kri\u017eovatke ciest I\/66 a III\/3078. To sa n\u00e1m podarilo vhodn\u00fdm usmernen\u00edm dopravy vodorovn\u00fdm dopravn\u00fdm zna\u010den\u00edm. D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdm prvkom bezpe\u010dnosti na ceste je vybudovan\u00fd autobusov\u00fd z\u00e1liv, ktor\u00fd ma v\u00fdrazn\u00fd dopad hlavne pre cestuj\u00facich autobusovou dopravou. K zv\u00fd\u0161eniu bezpe\u010dnosti prispel aj osvetlen\u00fd priechod pre chodcov. S\u00fa\u010dasne boli doplnen\u00e9 zvodidl\u00e1 popri ceste, ktor\u00e9 vo vysokej miere prispievaj\u00fa k zv\u00fd\u0161eniu bezpe\u010dnosti cestnej prem\u00e1vky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010co prinieslo nov\u00e9 rie\u0161enie priechodu pre chodcov v Podsp\u00e1doch?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Realiz\u00e1ciou osvetlen\u00e9ho priechodu pre chodcov sme sa sna\u017eili odstr\u00e1ni\u0165 nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 kol\u00edzne miesto v cestnej doprave. T\u00fdm, \u017ee sa tam nach\u00e1dza autobusov\u00e1 zast\u00e1vka, vybudovanie a osvetlenie priechodu pre chodcov vo vysokej miere zv\u00fd\u0161ilo bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 cestnej prem\u00e1vky pre chodcov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ak by ste mali vybra\u0165 jednu najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161iu zmenu, ktor\u00fa priniesla moderniz\u00e1cia cesty, \u010do by to bolo?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd komfort a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 bezpe\u010dnos\u0165. Na slovenskej strane sme realizovali len 1,5 km, ale t\u00fdm, \u017ee sme rie\u0161ili kri\u017eovatku a tie\u017e autobusov\u00e9 zast\u00e1vky s osvetlen\u00fdmi priechodmi pre chodcov, \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkom cestnej prem\u00e1vky sa zv\u00fd\u0161il dopravn\u00fd komfort a bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov cestnej prem\u00e1vky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ako funguj\u00fa modernizovan\u00e9 senzory pri meteorologickej stanici a \u010do prin\u00e1\u0161aj\u00fa vodi\u010dom?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Meteorologick\u00e9 stanice osadzujeme v na\u0161om kraji na cest\u00e1ch s \u0165a\u017e\u0161\u00edmi poveternostn\u00fdmi podmienkami. T\u00e1to meteostanica sl\u00fa\u017ei vodi\u010dom, ktor\u00fd aktu\u00e1lne prech\u00e1dzaj\u00fa touto cestou, taktie\u017e sl\u00fa\u017ei vodi\u010dom, ktor\u00fd pl\u00e1nuj\u00fa cestova\u0165 do tohto \u00fazemia a vedia si aktu\u00e1lny stav poveternostn\u00fdch podmienok pozrie\u0165 v aplik\u00e1ci\u00ed pre cestou. Rovnako sl\u00fa\u017ei s\u00fa\u010dasne aj na\u0161\u00edm kolegom &#8211; dispe\u010derom, ktor\u00fd vedia operat\u00edvnej\u0161ie riadi\u0165 zimn\u00fa \u00fadr\u017ebu ciest. Zabezpe\u010den\u00edm tejto slu\u017eby pre dispe\u010derov, je zabezpe\u010den\u00e9 efekt\u00edvnej\u0161ie vyu\u017eitie finan\u010dn\u00fdch prostriedkov ur\u010den\u00fdch na \u00fadr\u017ebu, taktie\u017e t\u00e1to slu\u017eba n\u00e1sledne prispieva k ochrane \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia, preto\u017ee vozidl\u00e1 \u00fadr\u017eby dispe\u010der nevysiela do z\u00e1sahov, ak to nie je potrebn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vid\u00edte v regi\u00f3ne \u010fal\u0161ie \u00faseky, ktor\u00e9 by mohli by\u0165 rie\u0161en\u00e9 cezhrani\u010dne v bud\u00facnosti?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Modernizovan\u00fd \u00fasek Podsp\u00e1dy \u2013 Lys\u00e1 Po\u013eana (d\u013a\u017eka 1,5 km) predstavuje prv\u00fa etapu cesty, ktor\u00fa je potrebn\u00e9 modernizova\u0165. M\u00e1me projek\u010dne pripraven\u00fa aj druh\u00fa etapu, a sme pripraven\u00ed operat\u00edvne reagova\u0165 na pr\u00edpadne v\u00fdzvy t\u00fdkaj\u00face sa moderniz\u00e1cie a realiz\u00e1cie ciest v pohrani\u010d\u00ed. Aktu\u00e1lne by sme v pohrani\u010dnej oblasti urgentne potrebovali rie\u0161i\u0165 hrani\u010dn\u00fd most Lys\u00e1 Po\u013eana, ktor\u00fd je v havarijnom stave. Doprava je z d\u00f4vodu nevyhovuj\u00faceho stavu mosta obmedzen\u00e1. Tento \u00fasek v spolupr\u00e1ci na\u0161\u00edm partnerom aktu\u00e1lne investi\u010dne pripravujeme. S\u00fa\u010dasne vieme v regi\u00f3ne n\u00e1js\u0165 aj in\u00e9 \u00faseky, ktor\u00e9 by sp\u013a\u0148ali podmienky realiz\u00e1cie v r\u00e1mci programu, hoci splnenie v\u0161etk\u00fdch stanoven\u00fdch podmienok v programe je n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pl\u00e1nuje PSK pokra\u010dova\u0165 v Interreg projektoch aj v \u010fal\u0161om obdob\u00ed?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ver\u00edme, \u017ee aj v \u010fal\u0161om programovom obdob\u00ed bud\u00fa v\u00fdzvy zameran\u00e9 na cestn\u00e9 komunik\u00e1cie, mosty a zosuvy, ke\u010f\u017ee v\u00fdsledky t\u00fdchto projektov s\u00fa e\u0161te dlho po realiz\u00e1ci\u00ed hmatate\u013en\u00e9. Ve\u013emi radi by sme sa zapojili do v\u00fdzvy pr\u00e1ve s hrani\u010dn\u00fdm mostom v Lysej Po\u013eane, ktor\u00fd priamo sp\u00e1ja Po\u013esko a Slovensko. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee by z toho mohol vznikn\u00fa\u0165 ve\u013emi pekn\u00fd projekt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Realiz\u00e1cia projektu nie s\u00fa len budovy alebo vybavenie, s\u00fa to aj vz\u0165ahy. Pijete \u201ek\u00e1vu\u201c s partnermi aj po skon\u010den\u00ed projektu?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ur\u010dite. M\u00e1me \u0161\u0165astie, \u017ee sme na po\u013eskej strane na\u0161li ve\u013emi dobr\u00fdch spo\u013eahliv\u00fdch a odborne zdatn\u00fdch partnerov. Vytvorili sa medzi nami u\u017e aj priate\u013esk\u00e9 vz\u0165ahy a ur\u010dite sa stret\u00e1vame aj mimo projektov. Napr\u00edklad na akci\u00e1ch organizovan\u00fdmi na\u0161imi organiz\u00e1ciami, alebo sa pr\u00edle\u017eitostne stret\u00e1vame, ak pracovne vycestujeme do Krakove resp. n\u00e1s nav\u0161t\u00edvia na\u0161i partneri, ke\u010f maj\u00fa slu\u017eobn\u00fa cestu na Slovensku. Pracujem ako hor\u00e1r a b\u00fdvam priamo na Lysej Po\u013eane. Prechod po\u013esko-slovenskej hranice je pre m\u0148a \u00faplne prirodzen\u00e1 s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 \u017eivota. Zrekon\u0161truovan\u00fa cestu vyu\u017e\u00edvam ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148 a pozn\u00e1m ju ve\u013emi dobre v ka\u017edom ro\u010dnom obdob\u00ed.<br>Ob\u010dan 2: Alfr\u00e9d Lap\u0161ansk\u00fd. Som u\u017e na d\u00f4chodku, ale e\u0161te doned\u00e1vna som pracoval vo Vysok\u00fdch Tatr\u00e1ch, tak\u017ee denne som doch\u00e1dzal do pr\u00e1ce pr\u00e1ve cez tento \u00fasek cesty. Dnes sa sna\u017e\u00edm by\u0165 st\u00e1le akt\u00edvny, chod\u00edm na turistiku, prech\u00e1dzky a vyu\u017e\u00edvam to, \u010do n\u00e1m obec pon\u00faka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ako t\u00e1to nov\u00e1 infra\u0161trukt\u00fara ovplyvnila v\u00e1\u0161 ka\u017edodenn\u00fd \u017eivot? Je to teraz r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie, bezpe\u010dnej\u0161ie alebo jednoducho \u013eah\u0161ie nav\u0161t\u00edvi\u0165 zn\u00e1mych na druhej strane hranice?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ob\u010dan 1: Je pravda, \u017ee zatia\u013e sa spravila len \u010das\u0165 \u00faseku, ale aj to je u\u017e c\u00edti\u0165. T\u00e1 cesta je bezpe\u010dnej\u0161ia, lep\u0161ie spraven\u00e1, s\u00fa tam zvodidl\u00e1, \u010dlovek m\u00e1 z toho lep\u0161\u00ed pocit aj ke\u010f ide autom. Hlavne je menej kol\u00edznych situ\u00e1ci\u00ed so zverou, \u010do je tu be\u017en\u00e9. Na druhej strane, najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdznam to bude ma\u0165 a\u017e vtedy, ke\u010f sa to potiahne cel\u00e9 a\u017e na Lys\u00fa Po\u013eanu. Tam je dnes najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m \u2013 ve\u013ea \u00e1ut, ve\u013ea turistov, chaos v sez\u00f3ne. Ch\u00fdbaj\u00fa chodn\u00edky pre \u013eud\u00ed, a pritom sa bav\u00edme o \u00faseku dlhom pribli\u017ene 7 kilometrov od Podsp\u00e1dov a\u017e hore. \u013dudia sa pohybuj\u00fa popri ceste, \u010do nie je bezpe\u010dn\u00e9. Ve\u013emi by pomohlo aj dorie\u0161i\u0165 most na Lysej Po\u013eane, ktor\u00fd je moment\u00e1lne v zlom stave a autobusy tadia\u013e ani nem\u00f4\u017eu prech\u00e1dza\u0165. To potom s\u00favis\u00ed aj s t\u00fdm, \u017ee tam ch\u00fdba norm\u00e1lna autobusov\u00e1 zast\u00e1vka, oto\u010disko pre autobusy a celkovo syst\u00e9m. Dnes sa autobus SAD na konci ani nevie poriadne oto\u010di\u0165. Ver\u00edm, \u017ee ke\u010f sa to cel\u00e9 dotiahne, bude to ma\u0165 ve\u013ek\u00fd v\u00fdznam pre n\u00e1s v\u0161etk\u00fdch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ob\u010dan 2: Ja som na tej ceste str\u00e1vil roky, tak\u017ee viem porovna\u0165, ako to vyzeralo kedysi a ako je to teraz. Mus\u00edm poveda\u0165, \u017ee rozdiel je ve\u013ek\u00fd. Cesta je \u0161ir\u0161ia, preh\u013eadnej\u0161ia, \u010dlovek sa c\u00edti istej\u0161ie. Ve\u013emi dobre spravili aj ten priechod v Podsp\u00e1doch \u2013 je osvetlen\u00fd, vidno ho z dia\u013eky a vodi\u010di automaticky spomalia, \u010do predt\u00fdm v\u00f4bec nebolo. To s\u00fa veci, ktor\u00e9 mo\u017eno na prv\u00fd poh\u013ead niekto ani nevn\u00edma, ale v praxi robia ve\u013ek\u00fd rozdiel. Samozrejme, e\u0161te to nie je hotov\u00e9 cel\u00e9, ale u\u017e teraz to ukazuje, \u017ee to m\u00e1 zmysel. D\u00fafam, \u017ee sa bude pokra\u010dova\u0165 \u010falej rovnak\u00fdm \u0161t\u00fdlom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e1te v\u010faka tak\u00fdmto invest\u00edci\u00e1m pocit, \u017ee hranica medzi Po\u013eskom a Slovenskom sa st\u00e1va u\u017e len \u010diarou na mape a my sa st\u00e1vame jedn\u00fdm modern\u00fdm regi\u00f3nom?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ob\u010dan 1: Ur\u010dite \u00e1no, ka\u017ed\u00e1 tak\u00e1to invest\u00edcia m\u00e1 v\u00fdznam, hlavne na hranici, kde to \u013eudia vn\u00edmaj\u00fa ako prv\u00fd kontakt s regi\u00f3nom. Zatia\u013e to e\u0161te nie je \u00faplne ono, lebo k\u00fdm nie je hotov\u00fd cel\u00fd \u00fasek a most na Lysej Po\u013eane nefunguje ako m\u00e1, preto pod\u013ea m\u00f4jho n\u00e1zoru efekt nie je \u00fapln\u00fd. Teraz je medzi\u0161t\u00e1tna autobusov\u00e1 doprava aj odklonen\u00e1 na in\u00fd prechod, tak\u017ee ten potenci\u00e1l tu e\u0161te len \u010dak\u00e1 na vyu\u017eitie. Ale ke\u010f sa to dokon\u010d\u00ed, m\u00f4\u017ee to by\u0165 ve\u013emi pekn\u00e1 vizitka spr\u00e1vne vynalo\u017een\u00fdch financi\u00ed z EU.<br>Ob\u010dan 2: Ja to vn\u00edmam tak, \u017ee je dobre, \u017ee sa to kone\u010dne za\u010dalo robi\u0165 poriadne. Je vidno, \u017ee to nie je len nejak\u00e9 zapl\u00e1tanie, ale \u017ee sa to rob\u00ed poctivo \u2013 priepusty, krajnice, v\u0161etko. To je ve\u013ek\u00fd rozdiel oproti minulosti. Zatia\u013e to pomohlo hlavne n\u00e1m dom\u00e1cim, ale ak sa to potiahne a\u017e hore na Lys\u00fa Po\u013eanu a vyrie\u0161i sa tam doprava, tak to bude ma\u0165 v\u00fdznam aj pre turistov a celkovo cel\u00fd regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chod\u00edte teraz \u010dastej\u0161ie na druh\u00fa stranu hranice? \u010co v\u00e1s tam naposledy nadchlo?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ob\u010dan 1: \u00daprimne, moment\u00e1lne ani nie. Na Lysej Po\u013eane je tak\u00e1 hust\u00e1 prem\u00e1vka, \u017ee sa tomu sk\u00f4r vyh\u00fdbam a rad\u0161ej idem cez in\u00fd prechod, aj ke\u010f je to dlh\u0161ie. Je to hlavne kv\u00f4li tomu, \u017ee sa tam tvoria kol\u00f3ny a \u010dlovek tam zbyto\u010dne str\u00e1ca \u010das.<br>Ob\u010dan 2: M\u00e1m to podobne. Ob\u010das idem na turistiku do Bielovodskej doliny, ale sna\u017e\u00edm sa chodi\u0165 mimo sez\u00f3ny, lebo inak je to tam ve\u013emi ru\u0161n\u00e9. Parkovanie je probl\u00e9m, prem\u00e1vka hust\u00e1. Ale ver\u00edm, \u017ee ke\u010f sa oprav\u00ed most, spravia sa chodn\u00edky a celkovo sa to zorganizuje, tak by som k\u013eudne vyu\u017e\u00edval aj medzi\u0161t\u00e1tne autobusov\u00e9 linky hlavne na tak\u00e9 v\u00fdlety. To by bol pod\u013ea m\u0148a ve\u013ek\u00fd krok dopredu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ako funguj\u00fa modernizovan\u00e9 senzory pri meteorologickej stanici a \u010do prin\u00e1\u0161aj\u00fa vodi\u010dom?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ob\u010dan 1: Prizn\u00e1m sa, presne neviem, ako to funguje. Sk\u00f4r by som bol r\u00e1d, keby tie inform\u00e1cie boli niekde dostupn\u00e9 aj pre \u013eud\u00ed, napr\u00edklad online alebo na nejakej tabuli, aby \u010dlovek vedel, ak\u00e9 s\u00fa podmienky.<br>Ob\u010dan 2: V\u0161imol som si, \u017ee tam nie\u010do nov\u00e9 pribudlo, ale be\u017en\u00fd \u010dlovek asi ani nevie, na \u010do to presne sl\u00fa\u017ei. Mo\u017eno to m\u00e1 v\u00fdznam pre cest\u00e1rov, len by bolo dobr\u00e9, keby sa to viac prepojilo aj s re\u00e1lnym \u017eivotom, hlavne v zime, ke\u010f s\u00fa tu v Javorine podmienky \u010dasto \u00faplne in\u00e9 ako inde. Niekedy t\u00fa prekvap\u00ed sneh aj na neskor\u00fa jar, \u010di skoro na jese\u0148.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010co prinieslo nov\u00e9 rie\u0161enie priechodu pre chodcov v Podsp\u00e1doch?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ob\u010dan 1: Ten priechod je naozaj v\u00fdborn\u00fd, dobre ozna\u010den\u00fd, vidite\u013en\u00fd a ur\u010dite zv\u00fd\u0161il bezpe\u010dnos\u0165. Takto by to malo vyzera\u0165 aj inde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ob\u010dan 2: Je to ve\u013ek\u00e1 zmena k lep\u0161iemu. Ke\u010f idem r\u00e1no alebo ve\u010der, vid\u00edm ho z dia\u013eky, \u010do predt\u00fdm nebolo. Vodi\u010di spoma\u013euj\u00fa, d\u00e1vaj\u00fa si v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed pozor. Chodci tam maj\u00fa priestor, nemusia st\u00e1\u0165 tesne pri ceste. Vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa ho aj star\u0161\u00ed \u013eudia, ktor\u00ed nemaj\u00fa reflexn\u00e9 prvky, a pritom je tam svetlo ako cez de\u0148. Na\u0161a obec je vstupnou br\u00e1nou do Slovenska, prv\u00fdm kontaktom n\u00e1v\u0161tevn\u00edkov s krajinou, a preto je pre n\u00e1s d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, aby sme boli d\u00f4stojnou vizitkou modern\u00e9ho a bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho regi\u00f3nu. Aj z rozhovorov s obyvate\u013emi je c\u00edti\u0165, \u017ee napriek obmedzeniam po\u010das v\u00fdstavby vn\u00edmaj\u00fa projekt ve\u013emi pozit\u00edvne a oce\u0148uj\u00fa konkr\u00e9tne zmeny \u2013 \u0161ir\u0161iu a preh\u013eadnej\u0161iu cestu, s\u00favisl\u00e9 zvodidl\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 zni\u017euj\u00fa riziko stretu so zverou, \u010di funk\u010dn\u00e9 odvodnenie a priepusty, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 aj z poh\u013eadu prevencie pred pr\u00edrodn\u00fdmi katastrofami, ako s\u00fa povodne. Rovnako d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 je aj postupn\u00e1 obnova mostov, ktor\u00e1 zvy\u0161uje odolnos\u0165 cel\u00e9ho \u00fazemia a jeho pripravenos\u0165 reagova\u0165 na kr\u00edzov\u00e9 situ\u00e1cie.
